To carry out the mission of Reconciliation! Ministries International, Inc., the leadership team has as its goals:
  1. To build an apostolic team that will provide leadership and oversight for Reconciliation! and its affiliates.
  2. To establish a fellowship of churches that shares the vision of Reconciliation! while maintaining congregational autonomy.
  3. To actively engage in missions and church planting efforts, both nationally and internationally.
  4. To conduct local church seminars and individual consultation that will result in an atmosphere of healing, instruction, and biblical reconciliation in the local church setting.
  5. To publish and distribute tapes, newsletters, position papers, and periodicals for the benefit of our affiliates.
